Class 1	School Related Groups: Associated with or sponsored by the school district Examples: Parent Groups, BARC, Educational Foundation
Class 2	Municipalities or public organizations serving our community Examples: Pop Warner, Booster Clubs, Towns/Villages, Senior Citizens, BACC, Scout Troops, Civic/Service Clubs, YMCA
Class 3	Resident Based Groups: (65% or more of participants must reside in the District) Examples: Child Care Providers, Dance Studios, Corporate Groups
Class 4	Non-Resident Based Groups: Examples: Child Care Providers, School Districts, Corporate Groups, Dance Studios
District Groups	District Staff Members (including BOE appointed Coaches) and School Groups

If you are an internal staff member who will be submitting requests for BSCSD events/activities (i.e. meetings, concerts, class club activities, sports, etc), please "Contact Administrator" through "Help" on the bottom left of the screen to be added to the Ballston Spa CSD group account. New group managers requesting account access to Class 1-4 groups: Please contact the "Primary" group manager of the account to be added to the group. If you do not have contact information, please "Contact Administrator" through "Help" on the bottom left of the screen and we will contact the "Primary" group manager for permission to add you to the account.

A certificate of insurance in a minimal amount of $1,000,000 of Commercial General Liability and Umbrella Liability is required. Ballston Spa Central School District, 70 Malta Avenue, Ballston Spa, NY 12020, must be listed on the submitted Certificate of Liability Insurance as an additional insured certificate holder. Additional Automobile Liability and Workers Compensation and Employer Liability Insurance will be required if paid staff or vehicle operations are implied in the Facilities Request.
